He has the highest qualification category in otolaryngology and organization and management of health care.
In 2000 he graduated from the Ukrainian Academy of Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, received a full higher education in “Management of Foreign Economic Activity” and obtained a master’s degree in international management.
In 2006 he defended his dissertation on the topic: “Optimization of the model of the medical care system for the urban population in the context of the restructuring of the industry.” Since 2006 he has been the Chairman of the regional branch of the Ukrainian Medical and Legal Association. Chairman of the Coordination Council for the implementation of the concept of development of the Sumy region “New Sumy Region – 2015” in the field of health care, member of the public humanitarian council at the Sumy Regional State Administration. Member of the Scientific Society of Otorhinolaryngologists of Ukraine.
In May 2015, a doctoral dissertation was defended on the topic: “Medical and social justification of the model of health care quality management based on internal audit at the level of the health care institution.”
